Product warranty conditions
- Customers must keep receipts or receipt photos for use in product warranty
- Product warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase according to the receipt.
- Purchased products no change or refund in any case.
- Warranty include the driver , headphone cable , head cover / ear cover and cushion. (Accessories in the box is not included) Accidental damage and damage from misuse are not warranty.
- In case the customer doesn’t try the product in the shop , Please take a video clip while opening the product. for evidence to confirm buying the product.
In the case that the customer received a damaged, broken, or unusual from product, the customer must inform within 3 days after receiving the product
to receive a replacement for a new product

- Conditions for product claims : In the order to claims product , there must be evidence of taking a video while opening the package. ( In case of online purchase) If it’s a store purchase , In any case will be check the product before taking it back. ( If there is no evidence, refrain from claiming the product in any case.)
- Guarantee to change the claim within 7 days in case of manufacturing error only. (Accidental damage is not guaranteed.)
- Customers must keep receipts or the photo receipt to be used the product claim
- Products that customers claim must be perfect , complete accessories including product box and receipt, not damaged, broken or misused. (The shop asks for permission not to change and claim the product in any case.)
